Our client made a £2,000 marketing investment with Ametrine Studios. We made it back for her within four days of her launching.
This is what happens when marketing is viewed as an investment from day one, not something pieced together as you go.
Meet Aprisce
Aprisce was never going to be a simple brand to build. Founded by a former NHS Associate Director, it exists across three distinct worlds: one-to-one wellness treatments, professional mentoring, and corporate wellbeing consultancy. Three very different audiences, each with their own language, their own expectations, and their own reasons for walking through the door. Bringing them together under one identity, without any of them feeling like an afterthought, was the challenge from day one.
By day four:
£2,000+ in total booking value
50% of revenue from Meta ads alone
£5.05 returned for every £1 spent on ads
What the marketing investment returned
An investment should have a return you can see, measure, and trust. By day four of trading, total booking value had already passed £2,000, overtaking Aprisce's investment in our launch package. Meta ads alone accounted for 50% of the total revenue during that period, something the founder was initially unsure about committing to, uncertain whether it would be worth the investment for a brand new business. We talked through what it could do as part of the wider launch, not instead of everything else, but alongside it. The numbers speak for that decision.
Most brand new businesses couldn't tell you, with this kind of precision, what their marketing investment actually returns, or even if it generates anything at all. But Aprisce can, because we built the brand, the website, and launched the business with the framework behind it to make sure she'd know.
The thinking behind the launch
Aprisce's founder came to this with a corporate leadership career behind her, along with existing mentoring experience and professional connections to draw on, well positioned to launch all three branches of the business at once. The problem: building proper visibility across three different audiences isn't realistic for any new business, spreading attention, budget and resources too thin.
So instead, we strategically opted to focus pre-launch activity on the one-to-one wellbeing brand first, as it was the fastest route to consistent bookings and a stable cash flow, with the rest built and ready to activate when the time is right. We've strategically phased the launch, with plans to promote the corporate and mentoring branches of the business in a few months' time, once the wellness branch has a solid client base and consistent cash flow behind it.
The same thinking shaped everything else. Each facet of Aprisce, wellness, corporate, mentoring, was given its own style of communication, and we also selected specific social media platforms and dedicated website pages for each, so a wellbeing client looking for a calming space to take a moment for themselves never lands on a page fit for a corporate boardroom. Specific audiences, separate messaging and deliberate journeys mapped specifically to them.

Built to keep growing
Advertising costs money for as long as it runs. Word of mouth doesn't, and it's one of the strongest forms of marketing, because people trust a recommendation from someone they know more than any advert put in front of them.
The problem is, most small businesses leave it to chance.
So we included a trackable referral model as part of the launch package. Each client receives their own referral link, with a reward for referring and a reward for the friend who books, handled automatically through her website, giving her the basis of a long term referral strategy she can compound on, without requiring additional ongoing advertising spend. In the first few months especially, this will help to accelerate growth by encouraging clients to share her business with their own network, exactly when a new business needs that momentum most.

In her own words
"I'm genuinely blown away by how well this has been received. I know for a fact none of this would have happened without Ametrine Studios, I wouldn't have had a clue where to start. I'm so grateful."
The takeaway
This wasn't a website that happened to perform well, or an advertising campaign that happened to convert. It was a system, brand, messaging, dedicated website pages, advertising and referrals, built to work as one from day one. That's the difference strategic marketing makes: not a cost you hope pays off, but an investment you can watch working.
If your business could use the same kind of strategic thinking behind this launch, we'd love to talk.
